Varietals
Corvina Veronese 70% - Rondinella 20% - Molinara 10%

Production area
Marano valley in the Valpolicella Classico area.

Yield Per Hectare
Approx. yield is 12 tons per hectare.
The vineyards are run with the traditional “Pergola Veronese” system.

Harvest Time
Second half of September.

Vinification
Rotary crushing with stripping softly pressing, fermentation and maceration at controlled temperature (26° C.) for 8 days to ensure good extraction of colour and tannins.

Aging and Maturation
Aging in concrete and stainless steel vats for 6 months.
Bottle maturation at the winery is over 6 months.
